You have the right to return or exchange an item within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all labels and documentation.

Items damaged by the customer or excluded by applicable law are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If approved, a refund will be issued within 30 calendar days via bank transfer or the original payment method. An exchange may be offered with your consent.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered damaged or does not match the order.
